Biography

Paul Henefeld graduated from Emory University School of Law in 2001 and joined the Firm in 2002. Paul has handled and tried hundreds of personal injury cases for a variety of insurance companies, other entities, and individuals. His practice includes defending motor vehicle accidents (cars, tractor trailers, and buses); premises liability cases (slip and fall, third party criminal acts, and defective premises causing injury); civil rights and employment cases. Paul represents government agencies and governmental employees throughout the State of Georgia. He has tried cases in both state and federal courts and has argued motions and appeals before state appellate courts and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Paul has earned a Martindale-Hubbell rating of AV Preeminent, the highest possible rating by his peers for legal ability and ethics.
